This course is an in-depth training course in the art of Thai Yoga Massage to practitioner level and an opportunity to start a new and rewarding career. Through mindful movement and sensitive touch, you’ll learn to:

- Cultivate a meditation-in-action practice that enhances your presence and awareness

This course runs from September – December, with three days of in person training per month, and time to practice what you’ve learned between each weekend.

Additional requirements in order to qualify:
After completing the training period, students who wish to receive professional certification need to complete 30 documented case studies and return for a final assessment approximately six months later.
By the time of you assessment you will need to hold either a recognised certificate of 55 hours (Level 3 ITEC or NVQ) Anatomy & Physiology, or yoga teaching certificate if your yoga teacher training covered Anatomy.

How The Course Is Structured
The course consists of twelve training days spread over four 3-day weekends. The lessons cover history, theory and spiritual aspects of Thai Yoga Massage. The main part consists of practical hands-on training with easy to follow demonstrations and students both giving and receiving Thai Yoga Massage sequences.
It is taught and led by Dave Hoyle.
Dave is the head teacher of Mudita School of Thai Massage.
Over a period of 4 months you will:
- Learn an ancient and powerful kind of bodywork that has countless benefits for both giver and receiver.
- Learn the skills to help people of all ages and body types with their physical and emotional imbalances.
- Greatly improve your body mechanics, in your massage practice and in everyday life.
- Learn to feel and work with energy: manage your own energy better and help your clients release energy blockages.
- Have an opportunity to immerse yourself in an ongoing process of self-healing and spiritual deepening.
- Connect and make friends with a group of like-minded people.
- Learn about meditation as a tool to cope with the stresses of life and find more inner peace and balance.
- Take regular weekends out for yourself to come back feeling nurtured and inspired.
By the end of the training you will be able to give a complete two-hour traditional Thai yoga massage to practitioner level and to treat a variety of specific ailments.



This training is accredited by the Complementary Medical Association, and once qualified you will be able to join as a member of the CMA.
